The History of Education Society UK invites applicants for the role of Post-graduate Student and Early Career Researcher Representative.

The PGR/ECR Representative will have the opportunity to become a part of the vibrant History of Education community by organising events, networking, and collaboration. The History of Education Society is dedicated to the aim of encouraging future research and the PGR/ECR Representative plays a vital role to this aim.

The PGR/ECR representative role will include organising and presenting the PGR/ECR panel at the History of Education Society’s Annual Conference, attending executive meetings and have opportunities to organise a PGR/ECR event with support from the Society.

The successful candidate is offered an opportunity to widen their academic networks and form supportive connections with the wider academic community.

Applicants should submit a brief CV and a rationale of between 200-300 word (maximum) which outlines why you would like to occupy the role and any future plans you have for developing the PGR/ECR community.
