External History of Education Conferences

It can be hard to know what History of Education related events are available for you to either present at or attend. Here are a list of upcoming conferences that are themed under history of education or similar, or allow presentations in this field.

EERA’s Emerging Researcher’s Conference

The Emerging Researchers’ Conference (ERC) precedes ECER (see right) and is organised by EERA’s Emerging Researchers’ Group. Emerging researchers are uniquely supported to discuss and debate topical and thought-provoking research projects in relation to the ECER themes, trends and current practices in educational research year after year. The high-quality academic presentations during the ERC are evidence of the significant participation and contributions of emerging researchers to the European educational research community.

A range of bursaries are available to individuals from low GDP countries, and participants of the host country. In addition, bursaries for Best Paper and Best Poster are also available. Please see here for more.
